Call for Submissions to Thematic Issues
The RMMLA Editors would like to sollicit articles on the following themes, to put together certain thematic issues.
There are no specific deadlines; thematic issues will be published when a sufficient number of articles on the topic
have passed through review.
Visions of Peace-Making and Peace-Breaking
Manuscripts accepted in fields of literature and/or film.
Lewis and Clark in the Pacific Northwest
Manuscripts accepted in the following areas: exploration/exploitation, colonization,
post-colonial era, mapping and cartography.
Visual Rhetoric:
Patterns of Transmission and Reception Across Discursive Lines.
A standing theme for The Rocky Mountain Review, so no deadines. The Rocky Mountain Review online version welcomes discussions
of hypertext, electronic communication, and visual media as areas which provide inroads to the
exploration of the new textualities.
