Lodging & Travel Information

2010 RMMLA Convention in Albuquerque, NM

NB: New Security Checkpoint Requirements Affecting All Travelers!!

New requirements will affect all travelers making airline reservations. All passengers will soon be required to provide additional personal information as part of aviation security enhancements recommended by the 9/11 Commission. Only passengers who are cleared to fly by the TSA will be given boarding passes. Passengers who decline to provide the required Secure Flight information in advance of their travel plans will face, at a minimum, secondary screening and delays at the airport, and could very likely be denied boarding. This new requirement will also affect frequent flyer award memberships. The following information will be solicited from each passenger: full name, date of birth and gender, ***exactly*** as it appears on the unexpired government-issued ID the passenger intends to present at the airport prior to boarding. If your reservation is made through a frequent flyer program, be sure to check that the name on your account matches exactly what is on your government-issued ID.
