On-line Convention Registration Available NOW

On-line registration for the 2009 RMMLA convention is now available for current members.
Once you log in, you will be able to register for the convention and the Women's Caucus Breakfast, as well as order extra banquet tickets and/or programs and donate to our Grants and Awards Fund. Payment can be by VISA or MasterCard or you can print your completed registration form (with fees calculated) and mail your check (payable only in U.S. dollars) or credit card information.

Everyone whose name appears on the program for the RMMLA convention must pay all applicable membership dues AND convention registration fees.

Registration Fees (Unchanged since 2006)

All those whose name appears on the program must pay a Convention Registration Fee, including session chairs and presenters from the local host institutions. The fee schedule follows:
  • EARLY DISCOUNTED REGISTRATION FEE
    (Postmark/Transaction deadline of September 15; Payment in U.S. Dollars ONLY)
    Includes a program, access to all regular/special topic sessions and non-fee activities, and one ticket to the Friday Luncheon Banquet and Keynote Address.
    • Faculty, Emeriti Faculty, Independent Scholars = $85
    • Students Only = $65
  • LATE & ON-SITE REGISTRATION FEES
    (Payment after September 15. Payment in U.S. Dollars ONLY)
    Includes program plus access to all regular/special topic sessions and non-fee activities (NO banquet ticket included).
    • Faculty, Emeriti Faculty, Independent Scholars = $115
    • Students Only = $85
  • REGISTRATION for Local Host Institution Faculty and Students who are NOT presenting/participating in convention is FREE.

    Admission includes a program plus access to all regular/special topic sessions and non-fee activities (NO banquet ticket included). NB: Non-presenting local host faculty & students: Please come to the registration desk with the "free pass" that will be sent to your department chair in August, to obtain a badge and program.

  • REGISTRATION FEE for NON-Local Host Institution Faculty and Students who are NOT presenting/participating in convention

  • Includes program plus access to all regular/special topic sessions and non-fee activities (NO banquet ticket included).
    • Faculty, Emeriti Faculty, Students, & Independent Scholars = $25

GUEST Banquet Tickets

Extra GUEST banquet tickets will ONLY be available for purchase up until September 15 at a price of $30 each. NO Banquet tickets will be available after September 15. The banquet meal choices are TBA.

Saturday Women's Caucus Breakfast

Tickets ($16) will be available for the Women's Caucus Breakfast that will be held on Saturday, October 10, from 8:30 am - 10:00 am. The Women's Caucus Seminar will be held immediately following the breakfast, from 10:15 am - 11:45 am.

Registration for the optional excursions will be made directly with the tour operator.

Payment Methods

Registration and banquet fees may be paid on-line using VISA/MC AND by check or by VISA/MasterCard -- by snail mail (RMMLA, PO Box 642610, Pullman, WA 99164-2610), by phone (509-335-4198) or by fax (509-335-3708). Click here to use the on-line Conference Registration System.

Refunds

Requests for refunds of convention registration fees must be made in writing to the Secretariat and must be postmarked on or before September 1. No refunds will be issued after this date. A $25 service fee will be deducted from all refunds. No refunds are given for unused banquet tickets.

Convention Check-in Schedule

Convention participants will pick up registration materials (badge, program, receipts, banquet tickets, etc.) at the "RMMLA Convention Registration Desk". Registration hours:
  • Wednesday, October 7, 3:00 - 6:00 pm
  • Thursday, October 8, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
  • Friday, October 9, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
  • Saturday, October 10, 7:30 am - 12:00 noon
All participants must check in at the Convention Registration Desk to verify registration and to obtain a badge and program. Everyone must have a badge to attend RMMLA sessions.
