Membership
  • RMMLA is an organization for its members. All chairs and presenters at the convention must be current in their MEMBERSHIP DUES by April 1.
  • Payment may be made online or by fax/phone/mail using a check or VISA/MC.
  • Interested faculty, students, or others who are not presenting or participating in the convention may attend the convention without paying membership dues.
Convention Registration for Chairs, Presenters and Discussants
  • All chairs, presenters, and discussants must pay a CONVENTION REGISTRATION FEE.
  • The early discounted convention registration fee (deadline in RMMLA Calendar) includes a program, admission to all sessions and non-fee special activities, AND a ticket to the luncheon banquet/keynote address.
  • The late registration fee includes a program and admission to all sessions and non-fee activities, but it does NOT include a banquet ticket or admission to the keynote address.
  • Guest banquet tickets are only available for purchase before the Early Registration deadline.
Convention Registration for Non-Presenters
  • Administrators, faculty, and students from the host institution(s) who are NOT chairing or presenting at the convention may attend sessions and non-fee activities without paying the convention registration fee or membership dues. They will receive a program gratis, but banquet tickets have to be purchased by the deadline.
  • Administrators, faculty and students from institutions other than the host institution(s) who are NOT chairing or presenting at the convention may choose to pay either the full convention registration fee (see above) or a daily registration fee. The daily rate includes ONLY a program and admission to sessions and non-fee activities for that day, not the banquet. Banquet tickets must be purchased separately before the deadline.
