Please note:


Night Sky

  • The online CFP contains updated information and corrections.
  • Paper proposals are sent directly to session chairs by MARCH 1.
  • Session chairs are asked to select presenters and notify all who applied by MARCH 15.
  • ALL sessions are open to all RMMLA members.
  • Non-RMMLA members may propose a paper to a session chair, but...
  • Membership in RMMLA is required of all presenters by APRIL 1.
  • Requests for computer and audio-visual equipment are due by MAY 1 (email rmmla@wsu.edu).
  • Participation at the convention also requires payment of a convention registration fee (registration opens in mid-summer; early discount rates available).
  • An asterisk (*) indicates a Special Topic Session (approved on a year-to-year basis, open to all RMMLA members).
  • A plus sign (+) indicates an Affiliate Organization (open to all RMMLA members).
  • See Convention Procedures for more info.
  • Cut-off date for early convention registration and the RMMLA block at the Cliff Lodge at Snowbird is September 14.
